Word of the mayor :
As Mayor of Alleyn-and-Cawood, I have been a part of the Municipal Council for 27 years. I was a Councillor for 22 years and I am now entering my second term as Mayor. I like to be involved and volunteer at most community events and I am always trying to promote our Municipality. I am happy to welcome you on our new website which was designed to keep our ratepayers informed and promote tourism in our Municipality. I am always here to listen to any concerns and answer any questions you may have. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who voted for me and supported me for this second term. If you have any suggestions or ideas for the improvement of our Municipality please do not hesitate to contact me.

Council Meetings are held the first Monday of the month at 6:30pm.
If it is a Holiday, the meeting will be on the Tuesday.
Council meetings are held at the municipal hall located at 10 Jondee road.
