Zoning

For planning purposes, the territory of the Municipality of Alleyn & Cawood is divided into zones. Each zone is identified by a number according to its purpose as indicated in the Zoning Plan part of Zoning By-law 07-037.

The Zoning Plan of the municipality and the zoning plan demonstrates the division of the municipal territory into zones. For each zone, groups and classes of use are indicated in the specification grid.

The purpose of the Specification grid is to specify the provisions allowed within each zone.
